5. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity levels, and specifications listed on our website are accurate. All Peptéra products are independently third-party tested to a minimum of 99% purity and supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming this.
However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website are accurate, complete, or error-free. Product information is provided for research reference purposes only and does not constitute medical, scientific, or professional advice.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation has been sent.
7. Orders and Fulfilment
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailability, Errors in product or pricing information, Suspicion of fraudulent activity, or Orders placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Dispatch times may vary.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Peptéra accepts no liability for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Peptéra accepts no liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research peptides and the strict temperature and storage requirements involved, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• The return is requested within 14 days of receipt
• The product has been stored correctly during this period
• You contact us at sales@peptera.co.za before returning any item
We do not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
10. Product Storage
All Peptéra products must be stored correctly to maintain integrity. Lyophilised peptides must be stored at -20°C in a dry environment away from direct light. Once reconstituted, products must be stored at 4°C and used within 30 days.
Peptéra accepts no responsibility for product degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and design is the intellectual property of Peptéra and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Peptéra and its partners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Any delay or failure in delivery
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
