Refund & Return Policy
This policy applies to Peptéra’s South African research-grade peptide orders.
1. Research-Grade Product Nature
Due to the specific biochemical nature of research-grade peptides, Peptéra maintains strict quality control protocols. Once a product has left our controlled storage environment, its integrity for further research use cannot be guaranteed if returned. Consequently, we cannot accept returns for products that have been unsealed or tampered with.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as delivery of an incorrect item or evidence of manufacturing defects verified by a third-party Certificate of Analysis. Claims must be submitted via email to info@peptera.co.za within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence and order documentation.
3. Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a verified return authorization, the researcher is responsible for ensuring the products are transported under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions to maintain stability during transit. Peptéra is not liable for degradation caused by improper return shipping.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not entered our fulfillment cycle. Due to our commitment to rapid South African distribution, cancellation requests received after this window cannot be accommodated once the shipment has been dispatched to the courier.
5. Compliance and Ethics
All transactions are final upon successful delivery of compliant, laboratory-verified compounds. By purchasing from Peptéra, you acknowledge that these substances are for laboratory research only and that purchase implies acceptance of these formal terms.
